A released superstar recently revealed Mercedes Mone fka Sasha Banks struggle while being in WWE. The former star in question is Mandy Rose.
On May 16th, 2022, Banks alongside her former tag team partner, Naomi walked out of the company. After months, Banks made her appearance for New Japan Pro-Wrestling defeating Kairi Sane to win the IGWP Women's Championship. In August, 2023, Banks made her cameo in AEW in the audience and later debuted on May, 26th, at Double or Nothing, winning the AEW TBS Championship by defeating Willow Nightingale.
While speaking during a conversation on the Power Alphas podcast, Mandy Rose stated that she is happy for Banks, as she is now able to control her own creative direction in AEW. This was a major concern for the latter back in WWE:
"Good for her for doing what she did and now she's able to have complete creative control which she was always big with. I remember in WWE, like, if she wasn't happy with something, it was hard for her to be able to speak out about it because certain circumstances and people really weren't going to change it. Then it was useless to even speak out cause you're just wasting your breath. So I think that's cool that she does have all of that creative control." (H/T- Wrestling Inc.)

Vince Russo opened up on former WWE Superstar Sasha Banks' creative control in AEW
Former WWE head write Vince Russo recently shared his honest opinion on Sasha Banks having creative control in AEW currently.
While speaking in an interview on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws, Russo stated that AEW's Tony Khan has been treating Banks like Hulk Hogan, as she is now having creative control for her own gimmick. He further stated that she's also among the most paid star in the company as of now.
"Not only that, Chris, especially with what he's paid her. He's made her feel like she literally is Hulk Hogan. With the money he gave her, that's the precedent he set. I agree with you, bro. She's probably not gonna do the right thing [regarding her creative control]." [12:52 – 13:11]
It would be quite exciting to see if Rose or Banks ever gets back into the company or not.
