Ivar had something to say about his counterpart before WWE SmackDown. He and Erik recently won the World Tag Team Championship on RAW, merely two months after their returns from severe injuries.

Meanwhile, on the blue brand, DIY managed to regain the WWE Tag Team Championship. They defeated the Motor City Machine Guns after using underhanded tactics. Johnny Gargano's heel turn was not something fans anticipated, but it appears moving forward, he and Tommaso Ciampa would be working as heels.

After DIY used underhanded tactics to reclaim the top spot in the tag team division the WWE Universe appears to have turned on them. Taking to X (fka Twitter) Ivar reacted to a fan's tweet which was directed at Gargano. The fan shared a photo of a sign, that read, "#DIY EAT CORN THE LONG WAY." Ivar seemed to agree with these sentiments.

"Facts are facts," Ivar commented.

On the other end of the spectrum, The War Raiders have managed to cultivate a fanbase as babyfaces, especially after the duo worked hard to get back to the ring. According to Ivar, his current run could be his last as he fears he might not be able to get away with another injury.

Ivar discusses a timeline for his current and final WWE run

While conversing with Chris Van Vliet recently, Ivar opened up about his miraculous return to the squared circle. He speculated that his current run could be his last, and explained why.

Speaking on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, the 40-year-old expressed gratitude for everything that he had managed to accomplish thus far. This included his successful run with tag team partner Erik, who also went through similar injuries and predicaments in the last two years.

"Grateful to be back in the ring, on WWE television, with my tag partner, who went through a similar injury. To be back doing what we love, and to get this, I don't know, one last opportunity or—this one last opportunity could last for the next 10 years. I don't know [laughs] it really could. But this feels like the last. This is our run. It could be the next five years or the next week. We're going to give it our all. But I'm really grateful to be given this opportunity because there was a period when we didn't think it was an option," he said. [From 01:07:22 to 01:08:01]
