Jacob Fatu has been the most protected member of The Bloodline - even more so than the self-proclaimed Tribal Chief Solo Sikoa. In a surprising move, Fatu was pinned in the post-RAW dark match by a top SmackDown star.
It was a chaotic end to Monday Night RAW, which was only poetic as it started chaotically as well in an epic segment featuring Seth Rollins and "Big" Bronson Reed. The main event saw The Bloodline cost Jey Uso the Intercontinental Championship, likely in a move to set up an original Bloodline reunion that has been teased.
While Cody Rhodes vs. Solo Sikoa was the originally advertised dark match, fans were in for a treat as it was changed to Cody Rhodes vs. Jacob Fatu in a Philadelphia Street Fight. In what was described as one of the better dark matches ever by some watching, Cody would pin Fatu to hand him his first singles defeat.

The reason that it was his first singles defeat is because this surprisingly marked Fatu's first singles match since debuting on WWE TV exactly four months ago. The Street Fight stipulation meant that there was no getting out of it.
Either way, Fatu is likely to be protected heavily on-screen and was the reason Jey Uso lost the Intercontinental Championship back to Bron Breakker—something that will likely lead to his reuniting with Jimmy Uso and Roman Reigns.
The next month will be action-packed as WWE looks to wind down in 2024.
