Jacob Fatu finally made his WWE debut on SmackDown last week and joined The Bloodline. Wrestling veteran Booker T recently heaped praise on Fatu and said he has what it takes to become the best member of the group.
The Samoan Werewolf made a big name for himself on the independent circuit. He even made a few appearances for Booker T's Reality of Wrestling promotion. Fatu single-handedly laid waste to Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, and Kevin Owens on the blue brand last week, establishing himself as a serious threat.
On the latest edition of the Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T commented on Jacob Fatu finally joining WWE after years of hard work.
"He looked real good. He’s dropped a lot of weight. He looked like he was in the best shape he’s ever been in. I’m glad to see Jacob finally make his debut in the WWE, on the main roster, which I thought was a great move as well because this guy has been out there on that scene grinding and grinding for quite some time."
The five-time WCW Champion also made a bold claim about The Samoan Werewolf and The Bloodline.
"He’s making a huge impact, and I just want to see this kid take over this wrestling game. People always talk about the Samoan dynasty, and I really believe Jacob Fatu may be the best out of the whole group. He may just absolutely be, so we gonna find out how good Jacob Fatu actually really is. But I’m proud of the kid. I really am." [H/T: Fightful]
Jacob Fatu's first match in WWE possibly announced for Money in the Bank
After wreaking havoc on SmackDown last week, The Samoan Werewolf may soon get the chance to show the WWE Universe what he can do in the ring. He sent Cody Rhodes through the announce table, speared Randy Orton into the barricade, and slammed Kevin Owens onto the base of the steel stairs.
On this week's RAW, WWE announced that The Bloodline will take on KO, Orton, and Rhodes in a six-man tag team match at Money in the Bank. Fatu might represent the heel faction in the high-profile bout on July 6.
