Jacob Fatu has made one of the biggest splashes in recent WWE memory with his debut, according to Bill Apter. The veteran journalist stated Jacob's entry had much more impact than others, counting the last few months.
Jacob Fatu recently debuted on SmackDown after months of rumors of him being signed by the company. In his debut appearance, Fatu appeared out of nowhere to attack Kevin Owens, Randy Orton, and even Cody Rhodes. The segment was well crafted, leading to one of the largest pops in the last few weeks.
Legendary journalist Bill Apter was also very pleased with how Jacob Fatu entered via the WWE Universe. Speaking on Sportskeeda's UnSKripted, the veteran journalist shared his appreciation and stated that he hadn't watched somebody catch the "lightning fire" in a long time.
"I haven't seen somebody catch that lightning fire in a long time, the way he caught it, and everybody even today, they are still talking about that incredible impact that he made just by no theme music, nothing. Just showing up and shocking people." [17:23 onwards]
