Jade Cargill joined WWE in 2023 after three years in AEW. In an exclusive interview, the SmackDown star gave her thoughts on the possibility of Mark Henry returning to WWE.
Henry spent 25 years in WWE before signing with AEW in 2021 as an ambassador, coach, and commentator. The World's Strongest Man left his AEW role recently, prompting speculation he could rejoin WWE. His son Jacob also signed a WWE contract this week.
Cargill's wrestling training began in 2018 after Henry advised her how to break into the business. Speaking to Sportskeeda Wrestling Senior Editor Bill Apter and host Dr. Chris Featherstone, the 32-year-old opened up about WWE possibly bringing Henry back:
"I would love that," Cargill said. "I mean, he found me. He literally plucked me and was like, 'Hey, like I know you're built for this. You can do this,' put me through the wringer with a couple of all-star legends and I came out on top. Of course, I would love to see him." [1:56 – 2:08]

Cargill recalled how she was keen to work with Henry after the news broke that he signed with the promotion:
"Actually, when I was at another place, I thought that he was coming in. When he came in, I was like work with me, me, me, me, me, me. But, I mean, I hope so. Let's hope for it, right?" [2:09 – 2:16]
In a separate interview, Henry admitted to Bill Apter he had reservations about Cargill when she told him she wanted to wrestle.
