WWE Superstar Jey Uso has become his own man since moving on from The Bloodline in the summer of 2023. At SummerSlam last year and in the months that followed, Uso has received opportunities to challenge for a world title, but he is yet to win his first.
The red brand's World Heavyweight Championship is currently in possession of Gunther, someone who narrowly escaped defeat at the hands of Uso in February during an Intercontinental Title defense.
Main Event Jey Uso was recently asked about a potential world title run during an interview with Sports Illustrated's Justin Barrasso. He admitted that a big part of his motivation is to keep the Anoa'i family lineage strong in WWE. But also, he added that when the opportunity presents itself, he has to be ready:
"It’s a little scary. You’ve got to sink or swim on your own. I’m still getting used to that. [...] We’re here to keep The Bloodline and the linage strong," said Jey Uso. "I’m very proud of it. This is our family’s life. It’s not a story, it’s our reality. I need to deliver when the time is right. I won’t stop putting in the work until I do."

It is not of the realm of possibility that Jey Uso, despite quite a successful run on RAW, could move back to SmackDown in order to assist Roman Reigns as the latter brings down Solo Sikoa's Bloodline.
Jey Uso echoes the sentiment of many WWE fans regarding Solo Sikoa
Roman Reigns returned at SummerSlam and immediately made his intentions clear. He took out Solo Sikoa much to the delight of the WWE Universe. Reigns appears to be more adamant about taking back his throne as the leader of The Bloodline than chasing a world title at this point.
Jey Uso called Roman Reigns the best and admitted that he looks up to The Original Tribal Chief. He also added that his younger brother Solo Sikoa deserves the punishment coming to the latter:
"There is no one better," said Uso. "He makes it look so easy. I look up to him. He’s got this art form down. [...] Solo needs his a** whupped. There’s no doubt about that."
Former WWE RAW Talk host Matt Camp recently speculated on when Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa gets booked, and the possibility of a major Bloodline Civil War at Survivor Series: WarGames in November. The last time it happened at Money in the Bank 2023, it was Jey Uso who pinned Reigns.
