Jey Uso had one of the greatest nights of his career on RAW as he finally won a singles championship in WWE. Following the huge win, the former Bloodline member's father Rikishi had a new nickname for him.
Jey had been chasing a singles title since leaving The Bloodline and moving to RAW. After coming up short on multiple occasions, the 39-year-old finally achieved his dream on RAW as he defeated Bron Breakker to win the Intercontinental Championship. The Samoan star's victory sent a wave of delight among the wrestling world as he is majorly over with the fans. Many notable wrestlers also sent heartfelt messages to the former tag team champion following his win.
Rikishi, who had earlier criticized WWE's booking of Jey Uso, also seemed delighted with his son's victory as he sent out multiple messages following RAW. The Hall of Famer also had a new nickname for Jey, calling him Yeetman.

Jey Uso sent an emotional message after his win on WWE RAW
Jey Uso was visibly emotional after winning the first singles title of his WWE career. The former Bloodline member sent a message after the win, expressing his happiness over winning the title in front of his home state California.
"First of all though, I appreciate everyone who's been on my journey Uce. I'm happy it happened in front of my home state California. Yeet! But I promise I'm a big believer though that hard work will always pay off. Kids though. Good grades kids, listen to your parents, say your prayers man and I swear, your dreams will come true. Just like in my first championship. The new Intercontinental Champion. And if you're down with Jey Uso being the new IC Champion then let me hear you say Yeet!" said Jey.
Jey left The Bloodline and SmackDown in 2023 after Jimmy Uso cost him the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match against Roman Reigns. The 39-year-old was then brought over to RAW by Cody Rhodes. Jey has established himself as a prominent singles star on the red brand and is one of the fans' favorites.
