A wrestling veteran has claimed that Jey Uso's first-ever singles title reign in WWE may not last long. He predicted that the former Bloodline member could drop the title to a 250-pound superstar.
The star in question is none other than Bron Breakker. The second-generation superstar lost the Intercontinental Championship to The YEET Master last Monday on RAW. While discussing the title's future on the REBOOKED podcast, wrestling veteran Matthew Rehwoldt (FKA Aiden English) suggested that the 39-year-old could continue feuding with The Dog of WWE over the next few months.
Rehwoldt pointed out that although he was usually against "hot-potatoing" titles, he claimed that it could work between Jey and Breakker.
"I don't think they're gonna go this way, but I think it could be cool. We've talked in the past about hot-potatoing titles. And 90% of the time, I think it's a bad idea. But with these two, I think it could be good. Jey has been on this roll, right? He's right there. He's been so good the last year or so. It culminates here. Breakker was overconfident, but he's also this rising star," he said.

The former WWE Superstar suggested that Jey and Bron could trade the Intercontinental Championship multiple times over the next three or four months. He also claimed their rivalry could end with them joining forces and forming a tag team.
"What if these two were in this relationship? We've seen like best of seven series kind of rivalries. Something like that where they, maybe, they trade the title two or three times over the next three-four months. Not week in and week out, but like one win, you know, Jey retains the next match, but he comes back, Breakker beats him again, and Jey wins it back. Like, just these two are pushing each other to be the best and, like, maybe they get a tag team out of it at the end of it—who freaking knows, right, kinda thing? But I think this could be a rare situation where it works," he added. [50:00-51:03]
Bron Breakker comments on potentially seeking revenge after his loss to Jey Uso on WWE RAW
After losing the Intercontinental Championship to Jey Uso on Monday Night RAW, Bron Breakker addressed the possibility of him going after the 39-year-old to get revenge and recapture the title.
In an interview with 99.5 WKDQ, the 26-year-old refused to give a definitive answer on whether his storyline with Jey would continue.
"[Hopefully, we'll get to see your revenge on Jey Uso] We'll see. I don't know. It's pretty unpredictable times for Bron Breakker, but we're here," Breakker said.
While Bron Breakker's future remains unclear after losing the Intercontinental Championship, it will be interesting to see if he demands a rematch against Jey Uso in the coming weeks.
