Jey Uso was on Monday Night RAW this week, and it was a tense segment involving family or a person he considers family anyway. In the end, Jey would name a new Bloodline ally and even give him the Uso name.
This week on RAW, we were set to see the fallout of the post-Bloodline vs Bloodline match. As you might recall, Sami Zayn came out specifically to save Jey Uso but inadvertently ended up kicking Roman Reigns in the face - leading to massive tensions between him and Jimmy - something that Jey had to stop as he was the voice of reason.
This week on RAW, Sami Zayn came out and was interrupted by Jey Uso, who asked him for an affirmation that what he did was unintentional. Jey said that upon reviewing the footage, he felt it was unintentional. Jimmy Uso came out and wasn't buying what Sami Zayn noted, so the four-time Intercontinental Champion reminded him of the past and Jimmy's actions - the fact that Jimmy was the first one to bring him into The Bloodline in 2022, the fact that he embraced him and the fact that when things got tough, he kicked Roman Reigns in the face and eventually his twin brother, referencing SummerSlam 2023.
While Jimmy said he was never family, Jey assured him he was family even without an official blood relation. As Sami Zayn was making his exit, Jey said that he saw himself, Jimmy Uso, and "Sami Uso" - making a clear endorsement.
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
It was an incredible segment filled with the drama and cinema you would expect from The Bloodline. Sami was subsequently requested to appear on SmackDown to resolve the issues, which presumably means he will confront The OTC Roman Reigns.
Sami made it clear that he would not undergo any trials or tests like he had previously.
It's a different time, and just like Jey Uso, Sami is likely going to demand to be treated as an equal to Roman Reigns.
