Former WWE Superstar Jinder Mahal's post-release moniker has seemingly been disclosed.
The Modern Day Maharaja is no longer affiliated with WWE. He was recently released from the promotion following an eight-year stint. The biggest moment of his second run was his WWE Championship win over Randy Orton at Backlash 2017.
Jinder Mahal, real name Yuvraj Dhesi, has filed for a trademark to secure the "Raj Dhesi" moniker. He also filed a trademark for "The Maharaja," his nickname in the global juggernaut. Check out the description that was shared with the filings:
"Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes."

Several other names were also let go along with Mahal, with one of them being female star Xia Li. Many WWE Superstars penned heartfelt messages for Li, including Chelsea Green. Mahal didn't seem happy about Green's tweet, hinting that he was expecting a message as well.
Mahal enjoyed two lengthy stints in WWE. His first tenure lasted four years, between 2010 and 2014. He was then released following which he spent two years on the independent circuit. The 37-year-old was brought back to the global juggernaut in 2016.
He was a top act on SmackDown for the better part of 2017 and was given a WWE Championship run on the blue brand. Mahal lost the title to AJ Styles on an episode of SmackDown in November 2017. He later went on to win the United States Title at WrestleMania 34.
