John Cena made an appearance at the 2024 Money in the Bank Premium Live Event tonight. On the show, he shocked the WWE Universe by announcing his farewell tour.

He promised to answer questions during the post-show press conference and took over the show in the process. While answering queries, Cena said that a couple of people may be angered since he exceeded the allotted time limit at the presser.
John Cena was last seen in a WWE ring on the RAW after WrestleMania XL. He teamed up with R-Truth and The Miz to beat The Judgment Day. The 16-time World Champion previously helped Cody Rhodes beat Roman Reigns by attacking Solo Sikoa.

Reports suggested that The Leader of the Cenation was in Toronto ahead of the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event. The rumors proved true when the 16-time WWE Champion made his way to the ring to shock the fans and announce that 2025 would be his final year as an in-ring competitor.
At the post-show press conference, he exceeded his time limit and joked about Paul Levesque (Triple H) and CM Punk possibly being angry with him for going overtime.
