John Cena is no stranger to The Bloodline in WWE, having encountered the villainous group on various occasions. However, Dutch Mantell thinks The Cenation Leader won't meet The Rock inside the square circle during his farewell tour in 2025.

Over the past two decades, John Cena has faced different members of the Anoaʻi family, including Solo Sikoa, Roman Reigns, The Rock, and the late Umaga on various occasions. The Cenation Leader is familiar with the legendary wrestling family.

Speaking on Story Time with Dutch Mantell, the veteran was asked if Cena would cross paths with The Rock and face him at Elimination Chamber during his retirement tour. The popular former manager stated John Cena would face new opponents in the Stamford-based company and won't cross paths with The Final Boss during his final run.

"[Do you think The Rock and Cena would wrestle each other at Elimination Chamber?]. No, I don't think so," Mantell said. [From 06:16 to 06:23]

John Cena and The Rock crossed paths in WWE under the new regime

In 2023, John Cena returned to the Stamford-based promotion for a short run on WWE SmackDown. During his time on the brand, he feuded with The Bloodline and lost to Solo Sikoa, as he put the rising star over in Saudi Arabia.

However, he also met The Rock in a backstage segment on WWE SmackDown. The two reunited on-screen and hugged when The People's Champion made a surprise appearance on the show.

Unfortunately, things changed in the coming months, and the two met again inside the ring under different circumstances. The Final Boss confronted The Cenation Leader after his attack on Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa at WrestleMania XL.

The two appeared in the main event of WrestleMania 40 Night Two and The Rock took out John Cena with a Rock Bottom. It'll be interesting to see if the two cross paths in the coming months.
