John Cena is a 16-time World Champion and is tied with Ric Flair. The WWE Universe has been advocating for him to beat the record and become the man with the most WWE title reigns in history. The Cenation Leader answered that his next championship win could be a possibility on one condition.

John Cena won his sixteenth World Championship back in 2017 when he defeated AJ Styles for the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event. He has been the face of the Stamford-based promotion for the longest time and giving the WWE Universe the possibility of celebrating his career next year is one of the biggest gifts to his fans.

At the Money in the Bank 2024 Premium Live Event, The Champ announced that he would retire from wrestling over the next year. The WWE Universe is buzzing about what he may do in the year. During the post-show press conference, he was asked about winning his 17th World Championship, to which Cena said that he was open to it if he earned it, possibly by winning the Royal Rumble next year.

John Cena took over the press conference, taking more questions and time than he was allotted. During the interview, he joked about CM Punk and Triple H possibly being angry with him for going over time.
