John Cena admitted that he doesn't see himself winning World Championship #17 in his final run. He opened up about his stunning 2446-day losing streak.
In case you're wondering, yes, you read that right. Cena hasn't won a singles match in WWE since The Greatest Royal Rumble in 2018 - where he defeated Triple H in the opening match. For context, that was the first-ever Saudi show, and we're now approaching closer to the end of the ten-year deal.
John Cena addressed the fact that he hadn't won a singles match in 2446 days and cited that as the reason why he couldn't see himself winning a World Championship again.
But almost as if he had a eureka moment, the former franchise player of WWE realized that he had a major opportunity in Indianapolis in a few weeks. The Royal Rumble is on February 1, and it looks like Cena is among the first to declare his entry.
If he wins the Royal Rumble, he will tie 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin as being the only three-time Rumble winner. If he does so without controversy, his achievement may overtake that of Stone Cold. In case you're wondering why, it was because, in the '97 Rumble, Austin was officially eliminated but re-entered as no official saw he was out.
