John Cena pays tribute to Roman Reigns' father and WWE legend Sika Anoa'i

WWE Superstar John Cena recently took to social media to pay tribute to Roman Reigns' father Sika Anoa'i after the latter's unfortunate demise.

It is a tough time for the professional wrestling world as one of the greatest names, Sika Anoa'i, who is a part of The Bloodline's huge dynasty, recently passed away on June 25, 2024, at the age of 79. Many stars have paid their respect to the WWE Hall of Famer including Charlotte Flair, Paul Heyman, and Rikishi. Reigns also sent out a message on social media, thanking everyone who showed their support in this incredibly difficult moment for his family.

Now John Cena has taken to Instagram to pay tribute to Roman Reigns' father Sika Anoa'i. The 16-time World Champion is known for not writing anything on his Instagram. He did something similar this time as well, as he only posted a photo of the late legend.

WWE Hall of Famer talked about a proud moment late legend Sika Anoa'i shared with Roman Reigns on television

During an edition of the Busted Open Radio, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray talked about how Sika Anoa'i was a great inspiration for Ray's wrestling career.

Ray also discussed a proud moment the late legend shared with his son Roman Reigns on WWE television when the latter became The Head of the Table.

"What a proud moment that must have been for him," said Ray. "Knowing that at the inception of Roman's run when he became the Head of the Table, when this all began, that he was able to be on stage with his son."

Roman Reigns is currently on a hiatus from television since his loss against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania XL. It remains to be seen when The Tribal Chief will return to the Stamford-based promotion.
