TNA star Jordynne Grace was recently mistaken for a popular WWE star and told the story on social media. Grace has made several appearances on WWE television and challenged Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women's Championship at Battleground but came up short.
Grace took to her official X account (formerly known as Twitter) and shared a hilarious story. She claimed she was mistaken for Zoey Stark by a fan and opted not to take a photograph with him.
"Man: are you @ZoeyStarkWWE?! Me: no lol Man: yes you are! Me: I’m definitely not. Man: oh you definitely are. Can I get a photo? Me: ??? No Man: Wow. Not even a selfie? I’m a huge fan," she wrote.

Zoey Stark reacted to the TNA star's post and joked that Grace buried her. Stark added that the fan probably thinks she is a "real b****" now. You can check out Stark's post by clicking here.
"Way to bury me Fan 1: I just love Zoey Stsrk Fan 2: not me!! I tried asking for a pic one time and she was a real b****!!" wrote Stark.
Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark competed in a Triple Threat match for the Women's Tag Team Championship this past Saturday night. The Unholy Union (Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn) picked up the victory and are the new Women's Tag Team Champions.
Former WWE writer suggests TNA could replace NXT as the company's developmental system
Vince Russo recently pitched the idea of TNA replacing NXT due to all of the experience in the promotion.
Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws, Russo noted that there are a lot of ex-WWE talent that work for TNA. He mentioned Tommy Dreamer and Gail Kim, and noted that the promotion could save some money by removing NXT.
"Bro, you've got a lot of ex-WWE good people at TNA. You've got the Tommy Dreamers, you've got the Gail Kims. You've got a lot of veterans down there, bro. Why not have that become your developmental territory, bro? Cut the NXT expense. All the money that's costing, bro, come on, man, they know nobody's getting over from NXT. They know it," Russo said.
