Judgment Day member praises WWE President Nick Khan

A member of the Judgment Day recently praised WWE President Nick Khan. The superstar in question, Finn Balor, shared his thoughts about the latter in a recent interview.

Nick Khan took the role of president at the global juggernaut in 2020 and has proven himself to be a capable leader ever since. With the wrestling promotion setting new ticket sales records on a regular basis, several people credit Khan for the unprecedented rise in profits and revenue.

During an appearance on What’s the Story, The Judgment Day's Finn Balor praised Nick Khan for his huge impact on WWE. The inaugural Universal Champion stated that the numbers started increasing after the latter moved to the helm of affairs.

"The crowds are down to, obviously, the storylines are great, but the business since Nick Khan came in. He’s had such an impact on the business. I pretty much feel like when he came in is when the crowds started going up and up," he said.

One-half of the WWE World Tag Team Champions mentioned that Khan has been helping the wrestling promotion get more exposure by setting up contracts with different media outlets. He further expressed his excitement about the Netflix deal.

"It’s down to a lot of business decisions and contracts he’s been setting up with different media outlets and getting us different exposure. It’s helped a lot. God knows what’s going to happen with this Netflix deal." [H/T: Fightful]

WWE analyst believes Finn Balor might defeat fellow Judgment Day member

Over the last few weeks, WWE has been building tension among the members of The Judgment Day, especially Finn Balor and Damian Priest.

Speaking on the Notsam Wrestling podcast, WWE analyst Sam Roberts discussed the possibility of Finn Balor turning against The Judgment Day to dethrone Damian Priest as the World Heavyweight Champion.

"Sure. But you have to play the cards as they lay. Rhea Ripley is the biggest star in The Judgment Day, and I think you've always got the potential with Finn Balor. Finn Balor is one of those talents where it's not a now-or-never scenario with Finn Balor. Finn Balor is capable at any moment of reminding you that he's a main event player. I think you've got the opportunity here to build Damian Priest into a serious contender. And I think that is the action that's being taken. You're not wrong. The Archer of Infamy is set to defend his title against Gunther at SummerSlam. With Priest continuously pushing for a win without the support of his stablemates, it remains to be seen if he will walk out of the Cleveland Browns Stadium as the champion when he goes up against The Ring General.
