Rhea Ripley will challenge Liv Morgan for the Women's World Championship at WWE SummerSlam. A former WWE employee believes a Judgment Day member could interfere to cost The Nightmare her shot, leading to the faction breaking up.
The superstar in question is Finn Balor. The Prince has seemingly been unhappy with Damian Priest apparently claiming a leadership role in The Judgment Day. Meanwhile, he has dropped subtle hints in recent months that he might be having a relationship with Rhea Ripley's fierce rival, Liv Morgan. Former WWE employee Tommy Carlucci has claimed that the 42-year-old could turn on the faction and betray The Eradicator at SummerSlam.
In the recent episode of the Behind The Turnbuckle podcast, Carlucci suggested Balor's turn on Ripley could lead to The Judgment Day splitting after nearly two years together. He claimed that scenario would allow Damian Priest to become a solo competitor.
"It could be Finn scr**ing and that sc**ws up The Judgment Day and end up breaking off and seeing Damian kinda go on his own, which I would like to see. I would love to see Damian break away, go on his own, be his own champion, and work on his career and everything else from there instead of him being involved with Finn, JD, and Carlito," he said.

The former employee stated that it was time for Priest to "level up" to hopefully reach the level of John Cena, CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, and Roman Reigns eventually.
"Even though some of that stuff is really enjoyable backstage, I think it's time for Priest to level up to get maybe someday on the Cena level, if you know what I'm talking about, the CM Punks, the Drew McIntyres, and Roman Reigns," he added. [20:35 to 21:08]
What happened with The Judgment Day on WWE RAW?
The Judgment Day had a busy night this week on WWE RAW. While World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest brawled with his SummerSlam opponent, Gunther, Finn Balor, and JD McDonagh lost to Jey Uso and Sami Zayn.
Meanwhile, Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio seemingly patched things up after the latter rejected Liv Morgan. Dirty Dom told the Women's World Champion that he hated her and that she had ruined his life.
With Priest and Ripley competing in championship matches at SummerSlam, it will be interesting to see what happens to The Judgment Day if both fail to walk out with the titles.
