Judgment Day's RAW segment had a moment that WWE might want to avoid repeating, says veteran (Exclusive)

The go-home episode of WWE RAW before Bad Blood 2024 had some big moments as The Judgment Day, which consists of Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, Carlito, Dominik Mysterio, and Liv Morgan, got the better of The Terror Twins yet again. Following the show, wrestling veteran Vince Russo highlighted one moment that might be overdone in the Stamford-based promotion.

After The Judgment Day's victory over the Latino World Order, Finn Balor took the microphone and delivered a promo on Damian Priest, followed by Liv Morgan sending a message to Rhea Ripley.

While reviewing the segment on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW podcast, Vince Russo initially mimicked Balor's facial expressions. The former WWE head writer noted how Finn and the rest of The Judgment Day acted surprised after The Terror Twins interrupted their promos.

Russo believed that the reaction of the stars, who are often shocked to see their rivals come out during their in-ring address, was "over-the-top" and unnecessary.

"So, you've got Finn Balor in there, bro, and first of all, he is snarling. Can I ask you this question, bro? Why are wrestlers surprised every single time when somebody's music interrupts their promos? Bro, is anybody not going to be surprised when somebody's music hits, bro? (laughs) They are so over-the-top freaking ridiculous. It's comical. It's play-wrestling, bro, they are play-wrestling," Vince Russo said. [35:00 - 35:42]

The go-home edition of Monday Night RAW before Bad Blood 2024 set the stage for multiple matches on the card. The premium live event will only feature five bouts, and amongst those are two massive singles clashes that would see Rhea Ripley take on Liv Morgan and Damian Priest going one-on-one against Finn Balor.

With Dirty Dom set to be suspended in a shark cage during Ripley vs. Morgan, Bad Blood 2024 will be an entertaining watch.
