Karrion Kross has been reeling in The Miz in recent weeks. The two were at ringside on this week's RAW as The New Day took on the Authors of Pain in the first round of the World Tag Team Title number one contender's tournament. After R-Truth interfered and assisted Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston to victory, The Final Testament handed the 52-year-old veteran a beatdown. However, Kross did not anticipate what was coming next.
Uncle Howdy (Bo Dallas), Dexter Lumis, Nikki Cross, Joe Gacy, and Erick Rowan surrounded the ring, stalking their prey. A brawl ensued, and eventually, the heels retreated. Ultimately, Paul Ellering shoved The Miz away from getting attacked by Howdy and wound up paying the price. The 71-year-old manager got hit with the Mandible Claw by the Wyatt Sicks leader.
It appears the Wyatt Sicks vs. The Final Testament rivalry is on tap. Dexter Lumis recently shared a photo of the moment in which he caught Karrion Kross by surprise upon return:

The Philadelphia crowd was hot for the Wyatt Sicks. They were not seen on WWE's flagship show since their rivalry with American Made culminated last month, following Uncle Howdy vs. Chad Gable on August 26, 2024. This match was also notable for being Howdy's first match in five years.
Karrion Kross reflects on his rivalry with Bobby Lashley
The Final Testament debuted earlier this year. They immediately entered a program with Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits on the Road to WrestleMania XL. At The Show of Shows in April, the two teams locked horns in a Philadelphia Street Fight.
Speaking on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Karrion Kross broke character to clarify that there was no heat between him and The All Mighty. The Doom Walker further went on to say that he looked up to the two-time WWE Champion:
"I love that dude [Bobby Lashley] to death. After the match, I wanted to tell him afterward so he didn't think I was trying to butter him up before we went out. I told him after the match was done, expressed how much I love him, how much I've looked up to him, what an honor it was to work with him," Karrion Kross said.
In the same interview, Kross also candidly spoke about a mixed martial artist gimmick WWE had considered for him prior to his return in January 2024, where he introduced the Final Testament. The faction itself had a different aesthetic planned initially.
