Kayla Braxton has responded to a former WWE Superstar's message ahead of tonight's edition of SmackDown. The backstage interviewer will be wrapping up her tenure with the promotion following the show at the iconic Madison Square Garden.
Braxton has worked for the company since 2016 and was formerly a co-host of WWE's The Bump before Megan Morant took her place last year. She will be leaving the company and tonight is her final episode of SmackDown. Former WWE star Matt Rehwoldt (fka Aiden English) sent a message to Braxton ahead of tonight's episode of SmackDown at MSG. He currently calls the action on the commentary team for TNA Wrestling.
Rehwoldt shared an image of the two together and told fans to keep an eye out for her moving forward. Braxton reacted to the comment and thanked the veteran for the kind words. You can check out the interaction on Braxton's Instagram story by clicking here.
"Awwww what a throwback!! Thank you, friend! You're the best," she wrote.
The 33-year-old has also made it known that she will miss her humorous interactions with The Bloodline's Paul Heyman once she departs the promotion.
