On the most recent episode of WWE RAW, Ricochet attacked Logan Paul and Dominik Mysterio during their in-ring segment with Samantha Irvin.
Ricochet's fiancee, Samantha Irvin, was in the ring alongside Dominik and the YouTube influencer. The latter stated that he believed he will defeat Rey Mysterio at the premium live event to win the title. So he asked the ring announcer to announce him as the new United States Champion as a preview to Crown Jewel. While Samantha refused to do so, Ricochet sneaked into the ring and assaulted the two heels.

The high flyer has history with Logan Paul, after the latter defeated him in a singles bout at SummerSlam earlier this year. The famous YouTuber also teased Samantha Irvin during his feud with the former United States Champion.
WWE fans had mixed feelings regarding the attack. Most fans believe that Ricochet did the right thing, and Logan Paul was asking for it, while a small section supported the YouTube celebrity.

WWE on Fox shared a video of the segment on their official Twitter account, and asked the fans if the former Intercontinental Champion did the right thing.

WWE Hall Of Famer Rey Mysterio responds to Logan Paul calling him out
After defeating Dillon Danis on his return to boxing, Logan Paul called out Rey Mysterio, and expressed his desire to beat the veteran for his United States Championship title.
In an interview with the MMA Hour, Rey Mysterio revealed that he was rather taken aback by what Logan Paul said. The former world champion stated that he could not wait to see the YouTube celebrity on the following SmackDown.
"Yeah, he [Logan Paul] did call me out, like okay, I am not hard to find. You can find me every Friday night on Smackdown. So, I can not wait to find out what he has to say," Mysterio said.
The two confronted each other in the ring on the blue brand, and agreed to a match for the United States Championship at Crown Jewel.
