Kevin Owens competed in a singles match against Grayson Waller on the latest episode of WWE SmackDown. He used his old finishing move during the bout for the first time in a long time.

The former Universal Champion hit Waller with a kick immediately after the bell rang. He then hit a clothesline and tried to go for the cannonball but Austin Theory rolled his tag team partner out of danger. KO sent his opponent into the barricade and slammed him onto the announce table. Theory provided a distraction, which allowed Waller to hit Owens with a clothesline at ringside.

Kevin Owens slammed the Aussie star onto the floor and took out Austin Theory with a clothesline. Grayson Waller pushed Owens into the ringpost and planted him with a DDT. The heel star followed it up with an elbow drop and got a two-count. KO nailed Grayson Waller with a Swanton Bomb for a near fall.

Waller went for a rolling stunner but KO countered with a stunner of his own. He then planted the A-Town Down Under member with the Pop-up Powerbomb and won the match via pinfall. This was the first time in a while that Kevin Owens won a match using that move.
