Piledrivers are banned in WWE for a reason, as they can end a star's career if gone wrong. Recently, Dutch Mantell commented on Kevin Owens' spot from Saturday Night's Main Event.

Last month, Kevin Owens dropped Randy Orton on his head with a piledriver, which wrote The Viper out of storylines for the foreseeable future. Later, he did the same with Cody Rhodes when he was cheated out of the match in Long Island.

Speaking on Story Time with Dutch Mantell, the veteran spoke highly of The Prizefighter and reversed his previous criticism of the former Universal Champion by stating that he could turn his face again in the blink of an eye if he wanted to.

"You know I've had criticism of him in the past just for the way his body looked, but he's perfect now. Now, the people seriously don't like Kevin Owens [After Saturday Night's Main Event], but he could turn good. I mean the good guy at the drop of a hat, but him and Cody [Rhodes] had a good match," Mantell said. (From 33:40 to 34:02)

Kevin Owens addresses his actions from WWE Saturday Night's Main Event

Saturday Night's Main Event ended horrifically for Cody Rhodes when he used a steel chair. After the match, Kevin Owens hit him with a package piledriver, and The American Nightmare left the arena on a stretcher. The Prizefighter took the old-school title and was confronted by Triple H.

On the recent edition of Friday Night SmackDown, the former Universal Champion cut a taped promo with the Winged Eagle WWE Championship. He blamed Cody Rhodes for his actions and stated he hadn't snapped yet. The 40-year-old star issued a warning to the management and The American Nightmare to end the segment.

Kevin Owens has been firing shots at everyone, including the management and the current Undisputed WWE Champion. It'll be interesting to see when the two stars possibly have their third encounter for the title in 2025.
