Kevin Owens refuses to team up with 34-year-old superstar who recently faced a humiliating loss on SmackDown

WWE Superstar Kevin Owens faced A-Town Down Under on this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown. Notably, KO had to arrange for a tag team partner to face the former World Tag Team Champions. However, despite not getting anybody to team up with him initially, The Prizefighter refused to join hands with a 34-year-old superstar. The man in question is Giovanni Vinci.

The former Imperium member recently returned to WWE TV on SmackDown but was too busy taking his time, resulting in a loss in mere seconds last week.

Ahead of the show Kevin Owens was seen making a phone call, perhaps with his eventual partner Randy Orton. The star talked about how he didn't want to team up with Giovanni Vinci and did not hide the fact that he did not like Vinci at all.

Additionally, Kevin Owens was ready to pair up with an unknown wrestler named Ricky instead of Giovanni Vinci. However, The Prizefighter was quick to dismiss Ricky with a Stunner when he found that his original partner Randy Orton had made it to Seattle to help him.

Owens and Orton ended up winning the match and potentially finishing their rivalry against A-Town Down Under. It remains to be seen what the future holds for Owens and Vinci on SmackDown.
