United States Champion LA Knight recently shared an important message with the WWE Universe. The Megastar wanted to alert fans ahead of Friday Night SmackDown.
Scamming, often using WWE Superstars' names, is a prevalent issue right now, causing significant loss to the audience and widespread deception in the name of your favorite on-screen stars.
Today, United States Champion LA Knight had an important message for fans and wanted to alert them about people using his name to scam others. The Megastar shared a story on Instagram and informed the WWE Universe about the issue. He urged them to not interact with such accounts:
"I'll never message fans asking for money. If you're recieving messages from people claiming to be me, on any platform, asking you for money, DO NOT send them anything. Block / Report / Ignore them," Knight wrote.
LA Knight defended his title at WWE Crown Jewel 2024
Earlier this year, LA Knight vowed to become the next United States Champion and went after Logan Paul. In August 2024, The Megastar dethroned The Maverick in his third title defense at The Biggest Party of the Summer in Ohio.
Later, the new champion successfully defended his title against Santos Escobar. In the coming months, he had more defenses and eventually surpassed Logan Paul's number of title defenses.
Later, he crossed paths with Andrade and Carmelo Hayes, who were feuding at the time, and had a series of matches on WWE SmackDown. The two stars eventually got a one-on-one title match against The Megastar.
However, Knight was able to successfully defend his title against both stars. Later, the United States Champion officiated a number one contender's match between Andrade and Melo.
Sadly, he caused double disqualification and later faced both of them in a Triple Threat match. Luckily, Knight secured the win in Saudi Arabia and successfully defended his title at Crown Jewel 2024.
