Liv Morgan was able to retain her Women's World Championship at Bad Blood after Raquel Rodriguez interfered in the match and helped take down Rhea Ripley. While she did not get the three-count, a disqualification meant she held on to the gold.
The referee was there to see Rodriguez's interference and was forced to disqualify Liv Morgan, which meant that Ripley won the match, even though it seemed as though this wasn't the plan.
The referee can be seen in the video trying to avoid noticing the interference before he makes the call. Meanwhile, Rodriguez pulled Morgan onto the cover over Rhea and it seems as though the women's champion believes that she won the match.

Following the show, as part of the post-show press conference, Morgan claimed that she beat Rhea Ripley, but she didn't. She lost the match via disqualification.
It's unclear if Morgan actually doesn't know how the match ended or if she still believes that she won the match.
What does this mean for Liv Morgan's future on WWE RAW?
Liv Morgan thinks that she beat Rhea Ripley and that her story with the former champion is now over. This may not be the case, since Ripley actually won the match via disqualification. This means she still has a legitimate claim for a rematch.
Raquel Rodriguez is now expected to step into a feud with Rhea Ripley but it seems that Mami will always have a shot at the Women's World Championship to fall back on if needed.
Heading into Crown Jewel, Morgan could have a new challenger for her championship but as soon as Ripley is able to get past her former friend, it is likely that she will circle back to Morgan at some point since the two women haven't actually had a definitive end to their feud.
It will be interesting to see what the next step for both women is on WWE RAW.
