The Judgment Day appeared this past Friday night on SmackDown to confront Nia Jax. Rhea Ripley showed up on the blue brand and attacked the faction.
Former WWE writer reacts to Raquel Rodriguez aligning with Liv Morgan on RAW
Wrestling legend Vince Russo recently reacted to Raquel Rodriguez aligning with Liv Morgan and The Judgment Day.
Raquel Rodriguez returned during the Women's World Championship match between Morgan and Ripley at Bad Blood. The 33-year-old attacked Ripley to end the match via disqualification.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, Russo claimed that Raquel was not needed in the rivalry between Ripley and Morgan. The veteran added that Rodriguez only returned because the company wanted to protect Rhea Ripley while having Liv Morgan go over in the match at Bad Blood.
"First of all, bro, Liv Morgan has heat. She doesn’t need Raquel Rodriguez. The only reason they used her, bro, was because they didn’t know how to get out of the match. They wanted Liv to go over and they didn’t wanna hurt Rhea Ripley, so now we are gonna involve Raquel Rodriguez, who they do not need," Vince Russo said. [From 51:00 to 51:26]

Morgan captured the Women's World Championship by defeating Becky Lynch at WWE King and Queen of the Ring in May. It will be fascinating to see what WWE has planned for the 30-year-old moving forward as champion.
