Ex-WWE employee predicts Liv Morgan will retain her title on RAW

Former WWE writer Vince Russo recently predicted that Liv Morgan would defeat Rhea Ripley to retain the Women's World Championship on RAW's debut show on Netflix next week.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Writing with Russo show, the legend noted that Ripley was incredibly popular among wrestling fans. However, he added that the Women's World Championship had helped Liv Morgan as a performer and suggested that the company should keep the title on her.

"I think you know, Rhea Ripley is super over with the people. She don't need the belt, you know. Liv does. Liv, that belt and that title really helps Liv. Rhea Ripley will remain over whether or not she wins the title. She doesn't need the title. They just need to protect her in this match. But I think, I mean, they should keep the title on Liv." Liv Morgan captured the Women's World Championship at King and Queen of the Ring earlier this year and has held the title for 221 days so far. Rhea Ripley was forced to relinquish the title after being champion for 380 days due to injury following WWE WrestleMania XL. It will be fascinating to see who walks out of WWE RAW as the Women's World Champion next week on Netflix.
