Having won the WWE United States Championship at Crown Jewel in November 2023 from WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio, Logan Paul's days with the title in possession are going by smoothly. He is one of the longest-reigning champions already of the last decade.

Be that as it may, The Maverick has only defended the belt twice since his win in Saudi Arabia late last year. Both times they were against Kevin Owens, with the second one being a Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania XL, also featuring Randy Orton.

When a fan pointed this out on X/Twitter, Paul responded to it with a few simple words. He claimed that he works smarter, not harder.

"Work smarter not harder," wrote Paul.

The Maverick is advertised for the June 28 Madison Square Garden show, which will mark his in-ring debut at the venue. His opponent is unclear as of this writing. It's worth noting, though, that a rivalry is brewing on WWE SmackDown between Logan Paul and LA Knight.

Nick Aldis discloses Logan Paul's interest in facing him on WWE SmackDown

As the United States Champion, Logan Paul is exclusive to Friday nights. The blue brand has Nick Aldis as its general manager.

During a recent interview with Gorilla Position, Aldis was asked about the possibility of facing Paul in a wrestling match. Having been an in-ring performer for over two decades, plenty of fans expect to see him back in the ring at some point.

"That's been one that has come up quite a bit. I think even Logan [Paul] has expressed that. 'Hey man, that would be tremendous!' Also, he's a tremendous talent and a really once-in-a-lifetime success story. And again, being able to rub up against him and a lot of my GM stuff has been very very valuable to me, and I'm very very grateful for it," Aldis said.

Aside from his two title defenses since November 2023, Logan Paul contended for the Undisputed WWE Championship last month in his return to Saudi Arabia. He challenged Cody Rhodes in a losing effort.
