Major details revealed on Penta's WWE character for RAW

The WWE Universe was turned upside down earlier today in anticipation of Penta's official RAW arrival. The two-time AEW champion left the company months back amid controversy, but his brother Rey Fenix is still there. As Penta prepares to arrive on WWE's flagship show, details have surfaced on his new gimmick.

Zero-Fear is also known as Penta El Zero Miedo, Pentagon Jr., Penta El 0M, Penta Oscuro, Pentagon Dark, and so on. While the masked star waits to reunite The Lucha Brothers in WWE, it seems the company is set to debut him with a strong push. The buzz picked up today in a major way after WWE Shop revealed Penta's first merchandise, including a replica mask that is a huge hit with fans.

World Wrestling Entertainment has confirmed that the former TNA World Champion will be billed as "Penta" on RAW. The 39-year-old has made several heel and babyface turns since debuting in 2004 and finished up his AEW run as a face. New information has indicated that Penta will also be pushed as a fan favorite, which may have been a given due to the growing buzz surrounding his arrival. There's also a sign that the 5-foot-11 lucha star may portray somewhat of a tweener character instead of a full-fledged heel or babyface.
