The Wyatt Sicks made its memorable WWE debut on the June 17, 2024, episode of Monday Night RAW. However, a Hall of Famer thinks that the horrific faction did not do anything to set themselves up in the Stamford-based company. That would be Kevin Nash.
After months of cryptic messages and QR codes on RAW and PLEs, The Wyatt Sicks debuted on the red brand recently. The setting for their debut took fans back to when the late Bray Wyatt made his return at Extreme Rules 2022.
Following their arrival, The Wyatt Sicks sent a message by wreaking havoc backstage and taking out multiple stars and crew members. Despite the Uncle Howdy-led faction’s big debut, WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash revealed on his Kliq This podcast that he was not a fan of the segment.
"Couldn't get a feel for it, they really didn't do anything... I think that it's more of a tribute to Bray, I think it's thinking out of the box. I think it gives you more possibilities because it has gotten very wrestling, and I mean it's just, I don't know where it's going to go, but let me put it this way, I'm much more interested to see where that's going than I am if Shane [McMahon] shows up on AEW," Kevin Nash said. Nash noted that it looked more like a tribute to Bo Dallas’ late brother than anything else. He also said that he did not understand The Fiend character played by Bray Wyatt when it first debuted on the main roster.
However, the 64-year-old added that he was more invested in The Wyatt Sicks' presentation than Shane McMahon's potential AEW move.
The Wyatt Sicks could produce some great segments for WWE on Netflix
WWE’s big move to Netflix will take place on January 1, 2025. The transition will likely change many things related to Monday Night RAW, including the presentation of many characters.
Members of The Wyatt Sicks could turn out to be one of the many who can benefit from the move up to a great extent. It could allow them to produce more darker and scarier segments that are more suitable to their characters.
WWE and Netflix could work together to produce a series on the background of each of The Wyatt Sicks members. An episode on each member will give both sides something to cash on. It could also give fans a closer look at the members of the horrific group and allow them to consume the storylines with much greater interest.
