WWE legend comments on the Women's Intercontinental Championship

WWE Hall of Famer JBL shared his thoughts on the Women's Intercontinental Championship.

Speaking on a recent edition of Live Q&A available via Backstage Pass, the legend stated that female stars should have the same amount of titles to fight for as the men in the company. JBL noted that the women's division had proven countless times that they were equal to their counterparts and deserved to have the same opportunities.

"It's a little bit harder [today] cuz the shows are full of your main stars. So it's tough. The only thing I would say is if the men have the Intercontinental Title, the women should too. And if it's too many titles, then neither should have it. I think [the women] have proven, over and over again, they're equal. That's why I think what the men have, the women should have - at least the same because they're same drawing power," he said. [43:54 onwards]
