A recent report has shed light on a major WWE name possibly being planned to face John Cena during the latter's retirement tour. The Cenation Leader will hang up his boots at the end of 2025.

The star in question is former United States Champion Logan Paul. Since the 16-time World Champion announced that he would retire from professional wrestling at the end of next year, many people have been speculating about Cena's final opponents.

As reported first on WrestleVotes Radio exclusively on Backstage Pass, the WrestleVotes team mentioned there is some internal speculation for a big match between John Cena and Logan Paul.

The report also mentioned that the Triple H-led creative team was high on this potential big-money match and both Cena and Paul were 100% interested in working with each other as well.

The WrestleVotes team further speculated that The Cenation Leader might have given a list of opponents to the creative team, whom he would want to face during his retirement tour and Logan Paul might be high on the 16-time World Champion's wishlist.
