WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry’s son, Jacob Henry, recently signed a deal with the Stamford-based promotion. The 18-year-old disclosed his contract with the company on August 1, 2024, at the Remix Rumble in Cleveland. Following this, he will also dominate the same squared circle as his mighty father. Jacob Henry was initially contemplating between football and wrestling. Many fans also speculated that he may drop out of college to pursue pro wrestling at WWE. However, he clarified to fans that he has made the choice to wrestle both professionally and at the collegiate level. The father-son duo was also recently seen in attendance at WWE RAW’s August 12, 2024 episode.

Mark Henry lashes out at fan for spreading a false narrative

Mark Henry recently parted ways with Tony Khan’s All Elite Wrestling after a tenure of three years with the promotion. Speaking at the Busted Open podcast about one of his observations, The World’s Strongest Man noted that AEW coaches and agents face a lot of hardships.

However, his comment was taken out of context by a fan. Reacting to it via a tweet on X, Henry lashed out at the fan for misrepresenting his words with things he never said.

"Bull sh*t! Not what I said. I said they are late getting information to coaches and then you’re pressing to get things done. Agents/Coaches they go in with ideas, but sometimes your ideas don’t matter so people shut up and just do what they asked to do. Weather it’s right or wrong," Henry wrote.
