A massive WWE Superstar recently returned at Bad Blood after months of absence. However, WWE analyst Sam Roberts has predicted that the star would go away again for the rest of 2024.
The superstar in question is none other than The Rock. The Final Boss went on hiatus following his confrontation with Cody Rhodes on RAW After WrestleMania XL, where he promised The American Nightmare that their story wasn't over. Last Saturday, the 52-year-old made a surprising return at Bad Blood. He stood on the stage and made a cryptic gesture to Rhodes, Roman Reigns, and Jimmy Uso before leaving.
On his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Sam Roberts predicted that The Rock would not show up on the upcoming episode of SmackDown. He also claimed that The Final Boss would miss Crown Jewel and Survivor Series.
"I don't think The Final Boss is gonna be on RAW. I don't think The Final Boss is gonna be on SmackDown. I don't think The Final Boss is gonna be at Crown Jewel. I don't even think The Final Boss is gonna be at Survivor Series. I think The Final Boss goes away [sic] once again. I think The Final Boss just popped in to let everybody know, 'I'm like Santa Claus, baby. I see you when you're sleeping. I know when you're awake. I know if you've been bad or good so be good, for goodness sake,'" he said.

Meanwhile, the RAW Talk host predicted that The Rock's next appearance would be in January on the first episode of the flagship show on Netflix.
"That's what The Final Boss was letting everybody know, 'I'm gonna pop in. I'm gonna be that October surprise, and I'm gonna disappear again. And maybe you'll see me again in January.' If I had to make a bold prediction, I don't think we see The Final Boss again until January 6th on Netflix," he added. [24:59-25:47]
Will WWE book The Rock vs. Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41?
The Rock has been vocal about his hatred for Cody Rhodes. Meanwhile, Roman Reigns has seemingly become an enemy of The Final Boss as well after the latter's return at WWE Bad Blood.
On the Q&A with Bill Apter and WrestleVotes on Backstage Pass, JoeyVotes of WrestleVotes pointed out that WWE could book a Triple Threat Match between the three WWE Superstars at WrestleMania 41.
"My thought is that it signifies that's where we're going for WrestleMania—one, two, and three, as in Triple Threat Match. I can tell you that's on the table, but I'm not sure if it's finalized in any way. It's October, so I doubt it's been finalized, but the idea is being floated, and I think it makes sense for the company as a whole just to get those three guys in one ring at one time and push the story to the moon," he said.
On his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Sam Roberts also suggested that Reigns could win the 2025 Men's Royal Rumble Match to set up a Triple Threat Match against Rhodes and The Great One at The Show of Shows. It will be interesting to see if that happens.
