Roman Reigns has been a fan-favorite since his return from hiatus at WWE SummerSlam. A former WWE host now believes a top superstar will eventually turn heel to square off against a babyface Original Tribal Chief.

The superstar in question is none other than Cody Rhodes. The American Nightmare lost to Reigns in their first clash at WrestleMania 39. However, he ended The Original Tribal Chief's historic Undisputed WWE Universal Championship reign at WrestleMania 40 earlier this year. Former RAW Talk host Matt Camp now thinks a third fight between the two massive superstars is inevitable.

Speaking on the Busted Open podcast, Camp predicted that Rhodes turning heel to fight a babyface Reigns will happen. Nevertheless, he stated that he does not know when it will take place.

"I've always had to believe that at some point, and I don't know if that would be the third match or a match two years down the road, that there is a heel Cody Rhodes [vs.] babyface Roman Reigns match that we will get at some point in time that will do massive business," he said. [10:42 - 10:58]

Cody Rhodes will team up with Roman Reigns at WWE Bad Blood

Despite their rocky relationship, Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns currently have a common enemy, The Bloodline. The two superstars will unexpectedly join forces to square off against the self-proclaimed Tribal Chief and his personal enforcer, Jacob Fatu, in a tag team match at Bad Blood.

On the Behind The Turnbuckle podcast, former WWE employee Tommy Carlucci predicted that Rhodes and Reigns will suffer a defeat at the upcoming premium live event.

"You know something's gonna happen with The Bloodline. They're gonna interfere with that match. I don't see Cody or Roman going over at all. But if they extend this to Survivor Series with Cody on Roman's team?" he said.

During their last confrontation, Reigns told The American Nightmare that he was standing in his way "in life." It would be interesting to see if the two could work together despite their tension.
