WWE star Mia Yim pays tribute to her dog after she passed away

SmackDown star Mia Yim honored her dog Jolene after she sadly passed away last month.

Yim shared a lengthy tribute on Instagram and noted that they adopted the dog when she was eight years old. She added that they thought they would only have Jolene for a year, but she wound up being a part of their family for three years. The former O.C. member shared that she loved her dog and would see her again down the line.

"Jolene crossed the rainbow bridge this morning. We adopted her when she was 8, right as we moved to Texas. We thought we would be lucky to have her for a year, and it turned out to be a wonderful 3 years together. In 3 years, she has changed my life for the better. To some, she’s just a dog. To me, she will always be my baby girl. I will never forget all the cuddles together, and finding her following me to every room of the house. I love you Jolene, I don’t know what else to say other than I love you and I will see you again soon. Please keep following me to every room, sweet girl," she wrote.

Mia Yim has never won a title during her time in WWE. It will be interesting to see if she can capture the Women's United States Championship at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event next weekend.
