The show featured several impressive visual presentations celebrating Mexican independence and five exciting fights as part of the main card. After the success of UFC 306, the WWE Universe has been buzzing at the possibility of a premium live event at Sphere. Eric Bischoff has now expressed his desire to witness a pro wrestling show at the venue.
On the 83 Weeks podcast, Eric Bischoff claimed that a professional wrestling show at Sphere would be a mind-bending spectacle. He further explained how a WWE event would look great at the venue due to its “theatrical nature.”

“I can’t wait to go to a live event in the Sphere, whether it be UFC (...) I think wrestling is probably a better product inside the Sphere just because of the theatrical nature of it and everything that goes into producing it I think that would be a mind-bending experience,” Eric Bischoff said. What problem could WWE face while hosting an event at Sphere?
PWInsider previously reported that multiple wrestling promotions had reached out to Sphere's management about potentially hosting an event at the arena. However, the word is that if wrestling does come to the venue in Nevada, it will come in 2025 or later.
One of the biggest issues with WWE or AEW hosting a massive show at Sphere will be ticket prices. Both professional wrestling juggernauts might have to raise their ticket prices or take a loss for creating history. TKO’s MMA promotion was also criticized for the same when it presented UFC 306 at the venue.
It will be interesting to see whether World Wrestling Entertainment, AEW, or any other organization hosts a history-making professional wrestling event at Sphere.
