Natalya took a break from WWE in 2024 and aims to dominate the women's division in the coming year. Today, she got emotional on X/Twitter following the final Friday Night SmackDown of the year.

Natalya is a veteran of the women's division and often reinvented herself in the Stamford-based promotion. She, along with many others, recently mourned Brodie Lee's fourth death anniversary. On the recent edition of WWE SmackDown, Bray Wyatt's and Lee's children interacted with several stars from both brands.

Later, Amanda Huber wrote a message on X/Twitter in which she expressed herself following the show. Natalya replied to the post and expressed an emotional reaction as she interacted with Huber and her kids, who were at ringside for the final edition of Friday Night SmackDown.

"🥹," Natalya reacted.

Natalya wants to capture the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship

Over a decade ago, Natalya debuted for WWE and joined the Divas division. The Queen of Hart became a notable name in the coming years as she captured the Divas Championship and broke barriers in the Stamford-based promotion. Later, she also captured the SmackDown Women's Championship.

A few years ago, she became a tag team veteran, where she was seen teaming up with different names in the company. Moreover, she excelled in the division when she captured the Women's Tag Team Championship in 2021 alongside Tamina and held it for 129 days.

A while back, management announced two new titles for the women's division on the main roster. After the announcement, Natalya made a bold statement, claiming she wanted to be the first-ever Women's Intercontinental Champion.

"I have fought to be a champion my entire career; acquiring 6 world records for outworking every woman that’s ever stepped foot in @wwe. I want what I hope every person in this company wants, WHICH IS TO MATTER. I’m ready to make history as the first ever Women’s Intercontinental Champion. #AndNew," Natalya wrote.

While she failed to qualify in the first round against Damage CTRL's IYO SKY, the star can eventually capture the title and make history in her own right.
