This year is noteworthy for WWE as the company seeks to cash in on its existing momentum. The Stamford-based promotion has recently entered the Netflix era, as its weekly flagship show Monday Night RAW, made a historic move to the global streaming giant. Following the move, numerous stars are being added to the red brand. It appears a major name from the pro-wrestling world could debut in World Wrestling Entertainment.

Former TNA Champion James Storm has had a legendary career in Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling; where he has nearly won everything that the company has had to offer. The 47-year-old star is a one-time former TNA World Heavyweight Champion, 7-time TNA Tag Team Champion, and King of Mountain Champion.

Taking to X, Storm responded to a fan tweet wishing for his in-ring return to any big promotion. The 47-year-old refused to rule out the possibility of returning to WWE in the future when replying to the fan.

“Never say never. Got a couple good ones left in me,” wrote James Storm.

James had a brief stint in the Stamford-based promotion in the NXT brand in 2015. However, he opted out and rejoined TNA.

Former WWE Champion shares unfortunate update

Former WWE Champion AJ Styles has been out of action for a while now. He was last seen competing in October against Carmelo Hayes. However, the night ended badly for Styles as he injured himself, and the referee had to end the bout abruptly. Later, it was revealed that he had suffered a Lisfranc injury during the encounter. He has since been out of action.

Recently, Styles posted a picture of himself in a cold plunge on his Instagram account, signaling that he is recovering. Later, a fan asked The Phenomenal One about his in-ring return. Responding to the fan, the SmackDown star accepted that the injury he has been dealing with is challenging, suggesting that he is unsure about his potential comeback.
