New Day being booed by WWE fans delights veteran, says the stable feels "invigorated" (Exclusive)

The New Day recently saw major developments, which saddened more WWE fans than delighted them. However, a veteran was especially pleased with how things turned out and talked about his reasons for the reaction.

Bill Apter is delighted to see how the heel turn has played out. The long-standing stable recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary. Big E returned and suggested that he would help the group out as a manager. However, Kofi and Xavier were not on board with the idea and instead chose to remove Big E from the stable itself.

As expected, this led to some heavy boos from WWE fans. Speaking on Sportskeeda's UnSKripted, Bill Apter loved how the story unfolded, culminating in The New Day's heel turn.

"I am so happy that the New Day is showing signs of new... they're invigorated. This new part of the New Day, I didn't know how they were gonna... I didn't know how they were gonna follow up in this whole thing with them backstage at Monday Night RAW trying to 'Hey guys, how're you doing' and everybody shutting them and all that. Then they get in the ring, and they got the Dominik Mysterio treatment. They are being booed out of the place. They are just walking out of the ring. I love what's going on with them right now," Apter said. [3:38 onwards]
