Solo Sikoa has been seen as the head of The Bloodline since Roman Reigns went on hiatus from WWE back in April.

Since joining The Bloodline, there have been comments about how Solo Sikoa should change his name now that he is part of a group and not a singles competitor.

Ahead of this week's WWE SmackDown, the company has filed the trademark for "Caesar Sikoa" with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. This could hint that he is set to undergo a name change this week, as he continues to be pushed as the new Tribal Chief of The Bloodline.

As of yet, it is unclear how Jacob Fatu fits into the new Bloodline or if he will be part of Roman Reigns' story when he makes his return to WWE.

Roman Reigns recently unfollowed Solo Sikoa on Instagram

While Roman Reigns hasn't responded to any of the actions that Sikoa has taken as leader of The Bloodline, it seems that he could have made an interesting choice earlier this week that has many fans convinced he is against the newest version of his family.

It was reported earlier this week that Roman Reigns had unfollowed Solo Sikoa on Instagram, after the former Champion's recent actions at Clash at the Castle. Sikoa and The Bloodline took out Cody Rhodes following his win over AJ Styles in Scotland before they were leveled by Randy Orton and Kevin Owens.

Paul Heyman has noted that they need to keep Rhodes in check whilst Roman Reigns is absent, but it seems that the trio has been unable to do that and as of writing it is unclear if Reigns is happy with the changes he has made to The Bloodline in his absence. Jimmy Uso is still currently absent from WWE TV.
