Nia Jax grabs 25-year-old female star by the throat on WWE SmackDown; sends her a serious warning

Nia Jax was still clearly upset after what transpired last week. She grabbed a 25-year-old female star by the throat and sent her a warning on SmackDown tonight.

Tiffany Stratton is one of the fastest rising stars in WWE. It was evident that she had a promising career ahead of her right from her time in NXT. She impressed the higher ups with her performances in NXT, thereby earning her a main roster call up before many others.

Since arriving on the main roster, Tiffany Stratton has competed against some of the top women in the division. She even went on to the win the Money in the Bank briefcase and formed an interesting alliance with Nia Jax. This alliance raised a few eyebrows because she has teased cashing in on Jax on a few ocassions.

Last week, Stratton teamed with Jax against Naomi and Bayley. During the match, both Naomi and Bayley were able to pin Jax. As a result, it was decided that both women would compete in a number one contender's match tonight on SmackDown.

Due to this decision, Jax was unhappy tonight and she vented her frustration by grabbing Stratton by the throat. She then warned her that if this ended badly for her, then it will end very badly for Stratton.

Things are getting more interesting on the blue brand as tensions are building between Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton over the women's title.
