Nikki Garcia (fka Nikki Bella) returns to the spotlight after legal battle with Artem Chigvintsev

Former WWE Superstar Nikki Bella recently went through a tough legal battle in a rather controversial divorce case with Artem Chigvintsev. Following this, however, the Hall of Famer has returned to the spotlight with a big project.

Born Nikki Garcia, the former two-time WWE Divas Champion has recently been announced on the star cast of the third season of The Traitor. The reality TV series will drop its next season in January 2025 and will be streamed on Peacock.

Produced by Lambert Studios, the show's second season earned the number-one rank during its launch week across all platforms. Raising the stakes this time, Nikki Bella will participate in the show along with 20 other contestants to win a grand prize of $250,000.

The Bella Twin is ready to catapult herself into a new show, playing a game alongside many other contestants.

Nikki Bella to take therapy and finalize divorce

Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev's legal battle resulted in the latter’s victory. The Russian professional dancer even denied the claims that he had tried to reconcile with the WWE Hall of Famer during the court proceedings. Following the judgment, the couple will undergo therapy and enter a divorce trial in December 2025.

The therapy sessions for Chigvintsev, however, don’t involve any anger management sessions, denying Bella’s claim of his anger issues. The couple first met each other on the set of 2017’s Dancing With the Stars and got into a relationship. They exchanged wedding vows in August 2022 and have a son, Matteo, who is now four years old.

His custody was also a point of conflict between the duo, but now, the judge has granted shared custody to both parents.
