Former WWE Superstar Odyssey Jones received massive support from fellow wrestlers after making his first comment following his departure. Jones was let go by WWE last year after allegations of domestic abuse were made against him.

Jones was involved in an angle with The New Day on WWE RAW last year, and many fans speculated he had a bright future ahead of him on the red brand. Things went awry pretty quickly, though, and he was removed from WWE TV after allegations of domestic abuse were made against him.

Now, several months after his exit, Odyssey Jones has broken his silence on social media. He claimed in a video that the allegations made against him are false. Jones' post on Instagram received support from several wrestlers, as can be seen below:

What exactly did Odyssey Jones say about the allegations made against him?

Odyssey Jones made a lengthy video opening up about the allegations that led to his WWE firing. He thanked God and wished everyone a happy new year before addressing the allegations. Here's an excerpt from his comments:

"I'm making this video to address the false allegations. These false claims are coming from a party that I used to prior engage with I apologize for taking so long for addressing these false claims. But I had to patiently wait to get an injunction set in place to protect my family, my friends, and myself. I'm currently taking legal action against said party, so I can't speak too much more on it, but there will be more information to come. With that being said, I would like to thank the WWE for the amazing opportunity they've given me in my life. I thank you so much for bringing me on." [H/T Fightful]

Now that the 30-year-old is taking bookings, there's a chance fans will get to see him in action very soon. His video addressing the allegations received a mixed response from fans on Twitter/X.
