Nobody cares about 33-year-old star who was squashed on WWE RAW, says Vince Russo (Exclusive)

Former WWE head writer Vince Russo recently had some tough words for Zelina Vega. The wrestling veteran believes that the RAW star is never going to get over, despite the company's efforts.

The 33-year-old has been a part of the Stamford-based promotion for nearly seven years. However, she has not achieved much during this time, winning only one title. Zelina was in action on RAW this past Monday, losing to Sonya Deville in less than two minutes.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, Vince Russo made it clear that he did not see Zelina Vega getting over with fans in her career. The former WWE head writer also begged the company to bring in people who could make an impact.

"Nobody cares about Zelina Vega. Here’s the problem: if she’s not over by now, she’s never going to be over. I am begging you to bring in people who can get over." [From 46:54 onwards]

Zelina Vega recently challenged for the Women's World Championship but was defeated by Liv Morgan. She has been a part of the LWO for the last couple of years.
