CM Punk may be a polarizing figure backstage in WWE, but he's also known to be compassionate. The Straight Edge Superstar expressed his concern for fellow RAW Superstar Kairi Sane after her heartbreaking injury update.
Kairi Sane was taken out backstage by Pure Fusion Collective (Sonya Deville, Zoey Stark, and Shayna Baszler) on the December 16, 2024, episode of RAW. The result of the attack ruled the Damage CTRL member out of the ongoing Women's Intercontinental Championship tournament.
Kairi Sane was replaced by fellow stablemate IYO SKY, who lost the tournament semifinal against Lyra Valkyria on December 30, which was the final episode of RAW on USA Network.
Earlier today, Sane took to her official social media handle to share a photo of herself from the hospital, wearing an arm sling and a medical bracelet. In the caption, she wrote - "I'll get an arm of iron..."

Kairi Sane has since been receiving an outpouring of love and support from fans and her well-wishers.
CM Punk also wished the injured WWE star a speedy recovery.
"Oh no! Hope you're okay! Speedy recovery! 🫡🏴☠️"

What's next for CM Punk in WWE?
CM Punk has been the center of WWE's focus ahead of RAW's Netflix debut on January 6, 2025.
The Best in the World will be in action next week when he locks horns with Seth Rollins in their first singles meeting in over a decade.
The bout will likely headline the show, though there have been some rumblings about the Tribal Combat match between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa main eventing RAW.
Both matches are WrestleMania-caliber and would surely keep fans on the edge of their seats. The Road to WrestleMania 41 will begin next Monday and the aforementioned matches will have major implications for The Showcase of The Immortals this year.
