Omos faced Brock Lesnar in one of the most memorable matches of his career at WrestleMania 39 in 2023. In a recent interview, The Nigerian Giant opened up about the gift he bought himself after the blockbuster bout.
Lesnar won the five-minute match after picking up his seven-foot-three opponent and slamming him to the mat with an F-5. Omos competed at two WrestleMania events before facing The Beast Incarnate. However, he had never bought anything as a reward for appearing at WWE's biggest annual show.
Speaking to Adrian Hernandez, the former RAW Tag Team Champion revealed he bought a watch after stepping into the ring with Lesnar:
"My first watch I ever picked up for myself was a TUDOR chronograph, two-tone, with the champion bezel, so it was something I wanted to get myself," Omos said. "That [Brock Lesnar match] was my third WrestleMania. I hadn't really gotten myself a gift for being at WrestleMania." [2:21 – 2:37]

Omos teamed up with AJ Styles to defeat Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods at WrestleMania 37 in 2021. A year later, he lost to Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania 38 in his first singles match on The Grandest Stage of Them All.
Why Omos wanted to buy himself a gift after facing Brock Lesnar
WWE Superstars often spend 200+ days a year away from home to entertain fans around the world. Omos has not wrestled on television since April, but he still represents WWE outside the ring at community events.
The 30-year-old added that he wanted to treat himself to the watch to mark his achievement of featuring on one of WWE's biggest cards:
"To give myself for all the hard work I've done, sometimes in this business we work all the time, we travel on the road, and we take care of the people that we love, but we forget to take care of us, so that was a way of rewarding myself," Omos said. [2:39 – 2:50]
In the same interview, Omos revealed what he thinks about his former on-screen manager MVP leaving WWE.
